Winger Kenny McEvoy has left Tottenham Hotspur to join League Two side York City on a permanent basis.
The 21-year-old initially joined the Minstermen on loan in November and has made four appearances since.
He has previously spent time on loan at Peterborough United, Colchester United and Stevenage.
McEvoy never made a senior appearance for Spurs.
The Republic of Ireland youth cap took to Twitter to explain his move to Bootham Crescent (below), thanking his wife and solicitor for helping him through the move away from his first English club.
