Former Tottenham Hotspur head coach Tim Sherwood is on West Bromwich Albion's six-man shortlist to replace the departed Pepe Mel, according to BBC Sport.
Sherwood, 45, left White Hart Lane on May 13 and has since been succeeded by former Southampton and Espanyol manager, Mauricio Pochettino.
The former Spurs and Norwich City midfielder stepped up to replace Andre Villas-Boas as Spurs boss in December 2013 but oversaw just 27 first-team matches, winning 13.
Sherwood had previously been linked with the Brighton and Hove Albion job before Sami Hyypia was appointed as Oscar Garcia's successor.
Mel left the Hawthorns on May 12 after steering the Baggies to 17th and Premier League survival.
