Ignatians hold annual tag rugby tournament

Enfield Ignatians held their annual Tag Mixed Rugby Tournament at Donkey Lane on Saturday and previous winners Shake and Bake once again were crowned champions.

A total of eight teams, consisting of mixed sides, were in action at the event with more than 60 players competing.

After reaching the final, the Shake and Bake outfit found themselves locked in a struggle at 10-10 against a tenacious Ethnic Majority side.

It all went down to a golden try and Shake and Bake's decisive score proved to be the clincher with the final score 11-10.
