Enfield Town eased to a 4-0 home win over Leighton Town in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy on Saturday.

The Towners got off to a bright start and it took just eight minutes for them to take the lead through Bobby Devyne's finish.

Brad Quinton's side made it 2-0 before half time when Corey Whitely scored after good work from Olu Durojaiye.

Enfield put the game beyond their opponents before the hour mark when Dernell Wynter cut inside neatly and fired past Aaron Bufton.

The hosts completed the scoring when Whitely netted his second goal of the game.

The Towners will look to maintain this form tonight when they travel to Kingstonian in the Ryman Premier Division.
