Enfield earned a 30-run win over Shepherds Bush in Middlesex County Cricket League Division Two on Saturday.

Batting first, Enfield scored 192 all out from 51.2 overs. In reply, their opponents were dismissed for 162 in 45.4 overs.

But Enfield Seconds were beaten by six runs against Shepherds Bush Seconds in their Division Two match.

Their opponents managed to score 244 all out and Enfield came up just short as they were bowled out for 238.

Winchmore Hill were held to a draw by Highgate in Division Three.

Highgate were put into bat and scored 250 for nine from their 55 overs. Siran Seevaratnam produced figures of five for 62 and De la Ray Terblanche picked up two for 23 for Winchmore Hill.

In reply, the side were on 220 for six but ran out of time chasing victory. Mark Barrell scored 74 and Seevaratnam contributed 42 in the draw.

In Division Two, Winchmore Hill Seconds lost to Highgate Seconds by 144 runs.

Highgate were put into bat but eased to 332 without loss from their innings. Winchmore Hill were dismissed for just 188 with Chris Lewis the highest scorer on 44.

But Winchmore Hill Thirds claimed a four-wicket win over Wembley Thirds in Division Three.

Botany Bay suffered a 23-run defeat to Langleybury in the Herts Championship.

Langleybury reached 165 all out in their low-scoring contest and Botany Bay fell short in reply as they were dismissed for 142.

North Enfield cruised to a five-wicket win over Redbourn in Division Three A.

Redbourn were put into bat and bowled out for just 144. Kieran Jones claimed four for 33 and Steve Gandy returned figures of three for 19.

North Enfield had few problems chasing down the total in 41 overs with five wickets to spare. Jones again impressed as he scored 63 while Owen White contributed 30 in the side's victory.

Holtwhites Trinibis secured a 72-run win over St Albans in Division Two A.

After winning the toss, Holtwhites opted to bat first and scored 223 all out. Shane Farnon hit 68 and Habib Younis was in excellent form scoring 95.

Henry Tyler fared best with the ball for St Albans taking four for 30 while there were two wickets apiece for Max Capaldi (two for 33) and Robbie Goddard (two for 11).

St Albans struggled with the bat though and fell short as they were skittled out for 151 in 39.2 overs.

Tyler (34) and Capaldi (53) were the only players to make an impression as six for 31 from Younis fired Holtwhites to victory.
