Enfield and Haringey sprinter Desiree Henry equalled her personal best but still finished seventh in the final of the 100m at the European Championships in Zurich.
The 18-year-old set a personal best of 11.21 in qualifying for the semi-finals before equalling the time to secure her final spot by finishing as runner up in heat two yesterday.
Henry finished in 11.43 in the final, though, comfortably behind winner Dafne Schippers of the Netherlands, who clocked 11.12.
France’s Myriam Soumare took silver with a time of 11.16 before Team GB’s Ashleigh Nelson scooped bronze by finishing in 11.22.
