Ellenborough duo guide North Middlesex to victory

Ellenborough Table Tennis Club duo Jasmine Chan and Samantha Lai were victorious for North Middlesex at the Bromfield Trophy.
The event, held on Sunday June 17 at Westfield Table Tennis Club, saw the North Middlesex League face the Aylesbury League - whose representatives were Rosemary Luscombe and Georgina Lark.
Chan began with victory over Luscombe in four games before Lai increased their lead with a straight win over Lark.
North Middlesex continued their form in the doubles to clinch the title. Aylesbury prevented a whitewash when Lark gained an excellent win for Aylesbury over Chan to bring the final result to 4-1.
