Tottenham Hotspur's Luka Mdric and Vedran Corluka in Croatia team to face Spain at Euro 2012
7:44pm Monday 18th June 2012 in Sport
Luka Modric and Vedran Corluka are once again in the Croatia line-up as Slaven Bilic's men aim to cause a shock against reigning European and World champions Spain and reach the quarter-finals of Euro 2012.
The Spurs duo have started both of Croatia's Group C games to date, helping them pick up four points to leave them behind tonight's opponents at the top of the table on goal difference.
There are several qualification permutations going into the match but a defeat for Croatia will send them home if Italy beat Republic of Ireland in the other Group C encounter.
However, a win for the Italians will not be sufficient if Croatia and Spain finishes as an unexpected, but much publicised, 2-2 draw.
