Tottenham Hotspur's Rafael van der Vaart in Netherlands side for must-win Portugal clash

Rafael van der Vaart makes his first start of Euro 2012 tonight as the Netherlands go in search of the win, and goals, they hope will secure an unlikely passage through to the quarter-finals against Portugal.
The Spurs midfielder has come off the bench in both of Holland's group games but has been unable to save the Dutch from the defeats against Denmark and Germany that leave them bottom of Group B without a point.
Van der Vaart is one of three changes to the side that lost to Germany but even a win may not be enough to secure a place in the last eight.
