Billy Healy scored twice past Paul Daley in goal for Manor, who once played for Enfield.
The first strike came on 18 minutes when Healy ran onto a pass and put his shot past the keeper.
1893 doubled their advantage on 58 minutes with a neat move from a throw-in.
Adilson Lopes met Wes Borghy’s throw and supplied the cross to Healy in the box to score.
The in-form man could have got his hat-trick too, when he put wide from Lee Benmore’s cross.
Enfield are away to Sawbridgeworth tomorrow evening, and travel to take on promotion rival’s Bethnal Green next Saturday.
