Enfield romped to a ten-wicket win over Uxbridge in Middlesex County Cricket Division Two on Saturday.

After winning the toss, Uxbridge opted to bat first but their decision backfired after being skittled out for just 111.

Lee Robertson was in excellent form for Enfield as the bowler returned figures of six for 42 from 23.4 overs. Nick Jackson also claimed three for 17 while Leo Smith took one for 50.

Enfield coasted to victory as they eased to the lowly target without losing a wicket. Jack Plumb opened with an unbeaten 54 and Craig Williams also finished on 37 not out to clinch the one-sided rout.

Winchmore Hill suffered a two-wicket defeat to North London in their Division Three clash.

After losing the toss, Winchmore Hill were put into bat but managed to score a respectable total of 212 all out.

North London did not have it all their own way but were still able to reach the target for the loss of eight wickets in 49.3 overs.

Enfield Seconds earned a 65-run victory over rivals Winchmore Hill Seconds in their Division Two encounter.

Winchmore Hill opted to field first after winning the toss but Enfield were up to the challenge as they scored a total of 219 for nine.

Opener Chris Barrell contributed 30 and was assisted by 22 from Tom Marsh and 31 by Joe Naughton. Rafal Fereday and Adam Baxter both notched 26 and an unbeaten 29 from Chris Ramsey pushed them to a competitive score.

Winchmore Hill found it difficult during their run chase and did not have enough big knocks as they were dismissed for 154 in 39 overs. Jake Dudding claimed four for 20 while Andrew Mitcheson also picked up two for 26 for the victors.
