Enfield eased to a 139-run win over Brentham in Middlesex County Cricket League Division Two on Saturday.

After being put into bat, mid-table Enfield scored a total of 251 for four with Sam Wilson in superb form scoring an unbeaten 105. Neil Tilley hit 62 and Kyal Bacchus-Brown notched 50 for the side.

Brentham got off to a terrible start and were dismissed for 112 in 42.1 overs. Lee Robertson claimed five for 38 and Leo Smith returned figures of three for 23 in a comprehensive win.

Winchmore Hill had to settle for a draw in their game against strugglers Bessborough in Division Three.

Batting first, Winchmore Hill managed to score a total of 291 for two from their 50 overs.

Bessborough were much slower in comparison but comfortably avoided defeat as they finished on 216 for four.

Second-placed Botany Bay picked up a 50-run win over Stevenage in the Herts Championship.

Botany Bay were put into bat but managed to put together a score of 209 for six from 32 overs. Kasey Harris opened with 46 while Paul Summershill hit 68 for the side.

Stevenage could only manage 159 all out as Botany Bay wrapped up a convincing victory. Tim Richards finished with figures of three for 37 while Andrew Knight, Tony Sayers and Pavan Pankhania each took two.

Holtwhites Trinibis suffered a second consecutive defeat after losing by six wickets to Watford Town in Division Two A.

The side managed to score 189 all out in 41 overs but Watford Town were too strong as they reached the target for the loss of four wickets in 39 overs.

In Division Three A, North Enfield claimed a third successive win beating Knebworth Park Seconds by 66 runs.

North Enfield scored 248 for six in 50 overs and their opponents fell short of the target only reaching 182 for seven.
