Tottenham Hotspur blew the chance to go fourth as they let a 1-0 lead slip at Crystal Palace.

Harry Kane continued his fine season as he nestled the ball into the corner five minutes into the second half to give Spurs the lead.

Dwight Gayle then converted a penalty with 20 minutes to go after Benjamin Stambouli was adjudged to have fouled Joe Ledley in the penalty box.

Jason Puncheon completed the turnaround after scintillating work from substitute Wilfred Zaha, who tormented Kyle Walker after his introduction.

Gayle then converted the penalty to set up an enticing last 20 minutes.

Substitute Zaha tormented Walker and got beyond the full back with an excellent piece of skill before laying t on a plate for Puncheon to fire home.

Zaha almost added a third goal as he ran rings around the Spurs backline but fired his shot straight at Lloris.
