Tottenham Hotspur will host Bundesliga outfit FC Schalke in a pre-season friendly before the 2014/15 campaign.
Spurs will welcome the German club to White Hart Lane on Saturday, August 9 for a 5.30pm kick off.
Schalke finished in third place in the league last season, securing Champions League football for the sixth time in nine years.
The match could see the return of former Tottenham player, Kevin-Prince Boateng, who spent two seasons at the club between 2007 and 2009, making 24 appearances without scoring.
