Tottenham Hotspur youngster Nabil Bentaleb scored his first goal for Algeria in their 2-1 victory over Vlad Chiriches' Romania tonight.
Bentaleb, 19, was winning just his third cap for the African nation and opened the scoring after 22 minutes.
Chiriches' Romania levelled six minutes later through Alexandru Chipciu but Algeria claimed the win as they continued their World Cup preparation, Hilal El-Arbi Soudani getting the winner after the break.
Algeria's next match is their opening World Cup group clash with Belgium on June 17.
Elsewhere, Gyfli Sigurdsson started Iceland's 1-0 friendly win over Estonia, earning his 24th full Icelandic cap.
Iceland won thanks to Kolbeinn Sigþórsson's 54th minute penalty.
