Oakbank Table Tennis Club member Ffion Myers has been in hot form.
The 13-year-old won the West Yorkshire Schools under-13 girls’ singles and has also qualified for the English Schools’ National Championships on Saturday, April 20 at Doncaster.
Last week, Ffion reached the girls’ under-18 singles final at the Blackpool Two-Star Open Championships, defeating the English No 10 and England No 22 en route before being defeated by Bolton’s Beth Farnworth in straight sets.
