Spurs have offered Internacional £16m for striker Leandro Damiao as chairman Daniel Levy tries to snatch his top-target in the dying hours of the transfer window.
Damiao has been on Tottenham's shortlist for the best part of two years and the clubs have been locked in talks for the past three days.
Spurs are hopeful however this bid will be enough to secure their man before the window slams shut at 11pm.
