What about those younger than 16?

Well done Nick de Bois for getting the amendment to the knife crime bill that should include 16 and 17-year-olds.

But I would still like to know what we intend to do about the 14 and 15-year-olds that carry knives and commit murder as we are so aware in Enfeld and Edmonton from the events of the past couple of years?
