Now that many houses in London have more than 20 residents, and there are many in Enfield, I suggest landlords need to provide wheelie bin training for all tenants and councils need to provide extra bins for large houses and small houses with many tenants.
All residents must help the waste services, for example, use bins as directed – green bin for garden waste, blue bin for loose recycling waste, black bin for non-recycling household waste and in some areas, use the brown bin for food waste.
I support the formation of larger local councils in London, each housing a standard waste service.
