As an 81-year-old, widowed last August, I have been looking to find things to do locally, and the opening of Albany Park breathes new life into the area.
I spent Friday and Saturday evening having a great time enjoying the open-air film shows of Grease and The Hangover and making several new friends. There was a real sense of community, with everybody relating to each other, and I look forward to many more enjoyable events there.
Congratulations to everyone who was behind this wonderful project.
