MIGHT I suggest that Tracey Baldwin, chief executive of Enfield Primary Care Trust (The advantages of polyclinics', Opinion, June 25) concentrates her energies on supporting/improving those surgeries in the borough which desperately need attention and leaves alone the practices that are well run and provide an excellent service for their patients.

Speak out over controversial gaming arcade

I AM astounded that the Planning Inspectorate has allowed an appeal by the operators of an amusement arcade on Southgate Circus in spite of Enfield Council turning the planning application down (Controversial arcade given the green light', Enfield Independent, June 25).

Copies of the following letter have been sent to Edmonton MP Andy Love and the Enfield Primary Care Trust I UNDERSTAND Dr Chang of Melbourne Way has been informed that his premises are no longer considered suitable as a doctor's surgery.
