Hundreds of people from different faiths, cultures and backgrounds will help plant trees this Mitzvah Day.
People are invited to the Allum Lane allotments, in Borehamwood, to help members of Elstree and Borehamwood Youth Council plant 107 trees.
The teenagers have ordered a range of flora and flora and fauna trees to help build habitats, but no trees will encroach on actual allotment sites.
All are welcome to take part in the annual good deeds day, which takes place on Sunday, November 18 from 11am to 2pm.
