Car salesman Bradley Johnson fined for selling dodgy cars from side street

A car salesman has been fined thousands of pounds for selling dodgy cars from a side street.
Bradley Johnson of Avenue Road in Enfield lied about the mileage and the condition of cars he sold from an Enfield street.
Johnson, who traded as defunct Triple One, was tracked down by Enfield Borough Council’s trading standards team after a customer complained about a vehicle he had been sold.
He was fined £2,000 and forced to pay £908.56 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Cabinet member for environment, Councillor Chris Bond, said: "I'm delighted we've brought this trader to justice, this prosecution sends out a strong message that we'll track down and prosecute those people who use lies and deceptions to sell products to Enfield residents."
