Solicitors swapped their suits for jeans today to raise cash for charity.
Staff at Curwens Solicitors in Gladbeck Way in Enfield Chase wore the informal attire to mark Jeans for Genes Day.
They paid £2 to don their jeans and also organised a cake sale, which raised more than £200.
Partner Norma Morris said: “It was lots of fun. We had a couple of clients in and they bought cakes, it just put a smile on everyone’s face on an otherwise wet and miserable Friday.”
The dress-down day was also held at their Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Royston branches and they hope to raise more than £500 in total.
Jeans for Genes Day raises money for Genetic Disorders UK, a charity which aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders.
