M25 delays easing after broken down lorry removed

Delays on the M25 anticlockwise are clearing after a broken down lorry has been removed.
The lorry broke down this morning between Waltham Abbey at junction 26 and Enfield at junction 25, blocking one lane.
All lanes reopened at 11.05pm, but heavy traffic built up while the issue was resolved.
