A SERIES of coffee mornings will be held for the over 50s from tomorrow.
The Enfield Borough Over 50's Forum are holding the events at Skinners Court, Pellipar Close, Fox Lane, Palmers Green.
Dr James Warner, a consultant in older psychiatry from St Charles Hospital will use the meetings to host a discussion about dementia and the importance of excercising your mind.
The forum is a registered charity open to all people over 50. Around 80,000 people over 50 residing in Enfield are involved and it gives them a better opportunity to make their views on local bodies that make a difference to senior citizens' lives.
Buses which stop at Skinners Court are: 329 and the W6, or the 121 to the Triangle - 150 yards from the Fox. For more information, visit www.enfieldover50sforum.org.uk.
