There is heavy traffic on the A12 into town between Beehive Lane and A406 North Circular Road (Redbridge Roundabout).
Traffic is queueing on the M11 southbound between J5 at Loughton and J4 A406 North Circular at Woodford.
More queueing traffic on the A13 into town from Newham between the A112 Prince Regent Lane and Canning Town Flyover.

Today will feature lots of cloud and heavy rain. The rain may turn into "wet snow" for Londoners in time for the evening rush hour.
It will certainly feel cold as reasonably mild temperatures this morning will feel much colder in the wind.
