Haringey, Waltham Forest and Enfield are amongst the worst homeless hotspots in England.

The figures, released by charity Shelter, ranks Haringey the third worst, Enfield the seventh and Waltham Forest the ninth.

Haringey has 9,447 people living in temporary accomodation, 22 sleeping rough - meaning one in 28 people in the borough.

Meanwhile, Enfield has 9,278 people in temporary accomodation, seven people sleeping rough - one in 35.

Waltham Forest has with 7,239 living in temporary accomodation and 33 sleeping rough - that's one in 38.

In neighbouring Barking and Dagenham, the tenth, there are 4,167 living in temporary accomodation and one in every 40 people is homeless.

Barnet was ranked ninth, with 7,719 in temporary accomodation - one in every 48.
