Weather
It will be mainly sunny today, after early cloud clears away. Despite the sunshine it will remain cold with highs of 9 degrees at 1pm.
Tube
There is no service on the Circle Line while a signal failure is fixed at Tower Hill.
Please use the Hammersmith & City and District lines to complete your journey, tickets are being accepted on local buses.
There are minor delays on the District Line between Earl's Court and Barking, eastbound only, while a signal failure is being fixed at Tower Hill.
There are severe delays on the Piccadilly Line while repairs are carried to some trains.
London Underground tickets will be accepted on Chiltern Railways, Great Western Railway, London Midland, Great Northern, London Overground and local buses.
Customers for stations between Ealing Common and Rayners Lane should change at Acton Town.
Customers for stations between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge should use Metropolitan line services.
Traffic
There is queueing traffic on the M11 southbound between junction 6 M25 and junction 4 A406 North Circular (Woodford).
Traffic is slow on the A406 North Circular Road southbound between M11 (South Woodford) and A12 (Redbridge Roundabout).
Elsewhere on the North Circular, there is slow traffic westbound between A10 (Great Cambridge Junction, Palmers Green) and A109 Bounds Green Road (New Southgate).
