A traffic warden has offered free parking to two women instead of issuing a parking fine and gave out his number.

The warden, referring to himself as ‘Jay’ on the ticket, issued the notice in Enfield Town on October 17, in Enfield Town.

However, instead of ordering the driver to pay a fine, the warden gave his number and asked the women to ‘holla back’.

He refers to the women as ‘slim tings’ and wrote: “free parking for you always!!”

He added: “Any problems, holla.”

The photo was circulated on video messaging application Snapchat and spotted by one viewer.

They also council picked up £287,375 in removals and clamping of cars and fined people £84,625 for illegally parking off street.
