Police are attempting to hunt down five men in connection with a series of robberies.

Officers believe four or five men might be involved in a gang targeting bookmakers in Edmonton, Enfield, Haringey, Leyton, Walthamstow and Hackney.

The incidents happened in July 2015 and the last offence was this month.

Detective Sergeant Paul Grimmer, of the Met's Flying Squad, said: "If you recognise any of the men in these pictures, I would urge you to get in touch. Bookmakers have been targeted specifically by this gang, in many cases threatening the cashiers and leaving them traumatised."

Peter Craske, from the Association of British Bookmakers, said: "The ABB is offering a reward for information that leads to a successful prosecution. We work closely with our members and police forces to keep betting shops as safe as we can, for customers and staff."

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Flying Squad on 020 8345 4226. To remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
