A mock crash is set to cause the M25 to close over the weekend.
The M25 will close in both directions between junction 25, with the A10 at Enfield, and junction 27, with the M11, from 10pm on Saturday, May 16, to 6am, Sunday, May 17.
Both carriageways will be closed for routine testing on systems and equipment by simulating an accident in the Bell Common Tunnel near Epping and the Holmesdale Tunnel near Enfield.
Diversions will be in place with road users travelling clockwise between junction 25 and junction 27 diverted via the A10 and the A406 North Circular Road.
