An Enfield Town bank is calling on people to donate Easter eggs to help people who cannot afford food.
Virgin Money's branch in The Town is collecting the eggs from customers to donate to the North Enfield Foodbank.
So far the store has collected more than 300 Easter eggs.
Eleanor Broadhurst, Virgin Money Enfield store manager, said: "We are collecting Easter eggs on behalf of the North Enfield Foodbank. They play such an important part in our local community.
“We hope that by collecting and donating the Easter eggs they will put a huge smile on the faces of the children and adults receiving them.
“I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in advance who makes a donation, we are extremely grateful.
“You don't have to be a Virgin Money customer to donate so please feel free to pop in to the Enfield store with your Easter Egg and you can really help to make a difference.''
