Edmonton's Got Talent returned with a bang as 30 acts took to the stage to perform.

Performing in front of three judges - singer-songwriter Louise Labelle, pianist and flautist Cat Brooker and singer Toni Ann Paul - the contestants included singers and dancers hoping to win the £250 prize.

But it was 11-year-old singer Zelal Coskun who impressed the most, picking up the prize after an acapella version of Wind Beneath My Wings.

The event, backed by the Enfield Independent, will return with another group of contestants on Saturday, August 3, while Edmonton Green will also host open-stage nights every Thursday from August 1 to 15, starting from 4pm in the North Square.
