Green Party chief to lead anti-cuts meeting at at Palmers Green United Reform Church

The head of the Green Party will lead a meeting opposing Government cuts tonight.

Leader Natalie Bennett, who was took up her post last month, will address apparent problems in the NHS, benefits and jobs under the coalition Government.

Steve Turner from Unite and speaker Olivier Vardakoulias from the Greek Syriza party will also speak at Palmers Green United Reform Church in Fox Lane from 7pm. 

The meeting, called Stop The Cuts, will encourage people to take part in a Trades Union Congress march from Victoria Embankment on October 20.
