Animal-lovers strut through Enfield dressed as cats for The Greek Cat Welfare Society

Beware; a party of people will strut through Enfield today dressed as cats.

Animal-lover Nicole Herrigan, from Waltham Cross, has rallied her family and friends together in a bid to raise as much money as possible for The Greek Cat Welfare Society.

She visited Greece earlier this year and was so struck by the good work the charity does, she pledged to support them from the UK.

The quirkily dressed team will leave her home at 12pm and march to vets, Medivet, in Freezy Water, where she used to work.

She hopes to collect donations along the way for the charity, which is dedicated to caring for and neutering stray and feral cats in Greece.
