Free bike marking run by Enfield Police in Trent Park

Free bike marking run by Enfield Police will go ahead in Trent Park on Thursday.
Officers from the Safer Transport Team will indelibly mark bikes outside The Forest Cafe between 10am and 4pm in a bid to aid recovery if they are stolen.
They will mark the bikes with a unique serial number which will be added to the Bike Register online database.
Cyclists will also be given a personal logbook and stickers to warn potential thieves that their bike has been registered on the online database.
