Broken down van closes M25 lane at junction 25

A broken down vehicle has led to the closure of one lane of the M25.
The M25 lane is closed on the exit slip road due to a broken down white van at junction 25 leading to Enfield along A10.
Heavy traffic is piling up at the junction while the van is cleared.
