I witnessed this accident.
I am a Motorcycle Instructor and my 2 students and I were immediately behind the STATIONARY lorry.
The lady was crossing the road at the lights, which were green, when she was struck by a car which in my opinion was exceeding the speed limit.
She was thrown onto the bonnet and into the windscreen then forward into the STATIONARY lorry striking her head on the offside rear.
She then landed heavily on the floor.
I was the first person to reach her and she was unconscious. I spoke to her and reassured her etc before the paramedic arrived.
