Toddlers begin their walk at the Walker Cricket Ground.
Toddlers and parents at a Enfield nursery dressed up as their favourite superheroes this morning for a charity walk.
Nearly 40 children from Inspirations Montessori Nursery School in Lincoln Road walked around the nearby Enfield Cricket Ground at 10am as part of the Barnado’s Big Toddle to raise cash for disadvantaged children.
And Batman, Robin, and even Buzz Lightyear were on show as the toddlers made the most of the sunny weather to complete the sponsored walk, which the children’s charity encourages playgroups all over the UK to take part in.
Nursery manager Helen Anthonisz said: “It went really well and it was fab because it was so sunny.
“The children loved it and they got badges and medals for competing, and a lot of the parents were down here as well.”
