Winchmore Hill cupcake competition to mark Diamond Jubilee

A Winchmore Hill cupcake shop is holding a charity bake-off this afternoon to mark the Diamond Jubilee.
The Fairies of London shop in Wades Hill is holding the Jubilee-themed competition between 2-5pm, with Winchmore Hill Councillor Elaine Hayward picking the winner.
