Trespassers delaying Enfield rush hour trains in Edmonton

Rush-hour trains are being delayed or cancelled after trespassers ran onto the line in Edmonton.

Greater Anglia services between Enfield Town and Liverpool Street are being delayed by up to 20 minutes because of reports of people on the line near Edmonton Green Station, although have now cleared the area.

The company said that disruption is likely to continue for the next hour while trains have to run at reduced speed in the area.
