THE chief rabbi visited a Southgate primary school last week.
Sir Johnathan Sacks talked to children at Wolfson Hillel Primary School, in Chase Road, to find out what they were learning.
He attended an assembly and then had a tour of the building.
Southgate MP David Burrowes also visited the school.
Pupil Daniel Kenward, seven, said: "I felt a bit shy. He was very nice and very smiley."
Samuel Pope, also seven, added: "He looked Jewish and he was a very nice person.
"He was very smiley and I liked his suit."
