Man charged following sexual assault inquiry

A MAN has been charged with assault and attempting to engage in sexual activity in front of a child.
Andrew Moore, 45, of Albury Ride, Cheshunt, appeared at Enfield Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
He is accused of attempting to engage in sexual activity in front of a child in Lyonsdown Road, Barnet, last Thursday and assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Fernleigh Road, Enfield, between December 1 2008 and January 1, 2009.
He has also been charged with behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress against a 13-year-old girl in Russell Lane, Barnet on June 29, 2009.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Enfield Magistrates' Court for a bail hearing tomorrow.
