The Tony Jacobs All Stars
SHOWMAN Tony Jacobs pays tribute to the great American composer George Gershwin, and his brother, the lyricist Ira Gershwin, with an evening of music, anecdotes and humour at the Millfield Arts Centre, Thursday, January 28, 8pm.
Joined by local singer Catherine Sykes, Tony and the Jim Barry Quintet will pay homage to the brothers along with other iconic songwriters of the golden era including Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hart and Irving Berlin.
