Two men and a teenage girl have been arrested in connection to the murder of a 22-year-old man.

An 18-year-old man and 19-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 16-year-old girl has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

All three were arrested at addresses in Haringey today (June 20) in connection to the murder of Kwabena Nelson and taken to north London police stations.

A murder investigation was launched when police were called at approximately 1.28am on February 3 after reports of a stabbing in St Mary's Close.

Emergency services attended the scene, including London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance, to find a 22-year-old man suffering stab wounds. He died at the scene.A post-mortem conducted at Haringey Mortuary on February 5 determined the victim as Kwabena Nelson and the cause of death as “hypovolemic shock and multiple stab wounds”. His next of kin have been informed.

Detective Chief Inspector, Luke Marks, said: "This investigation continues to move forward, but I would reiterate my appeal for anyone who heard or saw a road traffic collision or disturbance in Kemble Road and St Mary's Close in the early hours of Saturday morning to come forward and speak to police.
