We've made it to the tipping point of the week and now Saturday is officially closer than Monday.

However, there are a few problems on road and rail to navigate to make sure you get home and get you feet up in a timely manner:

As usual, there is congestion on A406 North Circular Road southbound at Redbridge Roundabout.

There is also heavy traffic on the North Circular southbound at Beckton Roundabout junction for the A13, adding four minutes to travel times.

There are minor delays on the District line the evening between Barking and Upminster due to a signal failure at Upminster.

On Greater Anglia rail services, there are delays of up to ten minutes and some cancellations between Liverpool Street and Shenfield due to earlier track fault at Forest Gate.

Tonight is likely to stay dry, if not slightly chilly with highs of around 5C for most.

Tomorrow will start with showers but will brighten up and the morning goes on, with sunshine and high temperates of around 9C expected.
