Pedal Up Pump

These one hour sessions take place on the indoor pump track located in the velodrome at the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark.

During the session, young riders aged seven to 12 will learn to stand confidently on the pedals and understand how to negotiate the pump track safely, along with key bike handling techniques – fully preparing them for BMX track and mountain bike trails.

#ClubVPK Road and Track Attack

This one day course allows teenagers aged between of 12 to 16 to follow in the footsteps of Laura Kenny and Chris Hoy, Team GB Olympic cyclists who have won gold medalists.

Try your hand at track cycling at the Lee Valley VeloPark in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and master the VeloPark’s one mile road circuit during the day to help perfect your road cycling skills.

FootGolf

This popular and fast growing sport is a fun way to pass the hours with the whole family. It is a fusion between football and golf and the object of the game is to kick a football into each of the 18 holes around the course in the fewest number of shots possible.

Star Track

This athletics course is ideal for budding young athletes. Aimed at children between six and 12 years old, these camps offer aspiring athletes the chance to receive expert tuition in a range of skills across different athletics disciplines including hurdles, high jump, sprints and javelin.

Run over a series of days, the camps are held at the elite Lee Valley Athletics Centre where British gold medalists such as Greg Rutherford and Jonnie Peacock have trained.

Learn to skate

This introductory course to ice skating is a fun and active way to spend the holidays. This Skate UK program covers Level one and elements of Level two skating with qualified NISA instructors and provides a safe and fun way for adults and juniors to learn the basics of skating together.

The five day course includes a half hour group lessons, free skate hire, pass certificate and free entry onto the 12pm to 2pm public session.
