It’s a very cold start to the day in east London, with near freezing temperatures until 10am. Temperatures will creep to highs of 7 degrees as it stays cloudy with a chance of rain.
Tube
The Central Line has minor delays between Epping and Leytonstone due to earlier faulty trains.
There are severe delays on the Bakerloo Line due to an earlier signal failure at Lambeth North.
On the London Overground there is no service from Romford to Upminster due to a faulty train
There is a good service on he rest of the line.
Traffic
There is queueing traffic on the M11 southbound between J5 A1168 at Loughton and J4 A406 North Circular at Woodford.
In south Tottenham, there is slow traffic due to an accident on A10 High Road southbound after B152 St Ann's Road.
More queueing traffic on A406 North Circular southbound between M11 at South Woodford and A12, Redbridge Roundabout.
