Weather
The sun will break through the clouds at points this morning, with sunny spells expected from 9am before the cloud clears briefly in the middle of the day. Temperatures will again be mild, ranging between 10°C and 14°C.
Tube
7.17am: A reduced service is operating on the Piccadilly line. Severe delays are hitting journeys during repair works to ageing trains. Underground tickets are accepted on local buses, Chiltern Railways, Great Western Railway, South West Trains, Great Northern and London Overground.
There is currently a good service on all other Tube, Overground and TfL Rail services in the area.
Travel
7.23am: There is heavy traffic on the M25 anticlockwise between junction 26 in Waltham Abbey and junction 25 in Enfield.
Traffic is queuing on the M11 southbound between junction five near Loughton and junction four in Woodford.
Congestion is affecting traffic on the A406 North Circular southbound between South Woodford and Redbridge Roundabout. Traffic is also slow eastbound in Friern Barnet between the B550 Colney Hatch Lane junction and the A1110 Bowes Road junction.
On the A12, traffic is queuing in Gants Hill between the Beehive Lane junction and Redbridge Roundabout. There is heavy traffic in Leyton between the Green Man Roundabout and the A106 junction.
There is queuing traffic on the A104 Lea Bridge Road going into Leyton, with congestion between the A1006 Markhouse Road junction and the Lea Bridge Roundabout.
In Enfield, traffic is queuing on the A10 at the Carterhatch Lane junction.
